Definitions
- “The Company” denotes Online Research Consulting OU, a legally registered entity in Estonia, with its registered address at Pae 25-47, Tallinn, 11414, and registration number 12217621.
- “The Website” refers to the sre-jobs.com platform, encompassing its main domain (sre-jobs.com) as well as any affiliated or connected sites within its network.
General Terms
- These terms supersede all previous agreements between the Company and the Client.
- Any changes to these terms must receive written approval from a Company director.
- By utilizing the Company’s advertising services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
- Signing an order form represents the Client’s formal acceptance of these terms.
Company Responsibilities
- The Company offers a full range of advertising services but retains the right to edit or decline submitted content to ensure compliance with legal requirements and advertising standards.
- Although the Company strives to deliver consistent and reliable service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by third-party providers or technical issues on the client’s end.
Liability
- The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, expenses, losses, or damages arising from its inability to deliver advertising services.
- Although the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of advertising content, it will make reasonable efforts to verify the information and correct any errors when identified.
Jurisdiction and Legal Validity
- These terms are subject to Estonian law, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
- If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully effective.
GDPR Compliance
The Company prioritizes data protection and has revised its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
