About the Role
Medius is looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join the Capture team. The Capture team focuses on improving invoice automation, leveraging AI, OCR, and ML to extract data from digital and paper invoices, eliminating manual checks. This role offers a chance to work in a hybrid environment alongside an international team located in Poland, Sweden, and Tunisia. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud applications that impact global clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and performance of cloud applications.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure for security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop best practices for cloud infrastructure management in Azure.
- Oversee deployments in production environments.
- Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize all aspects of the application and infrastructure.
- Participate in incident management, postmortems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure, especially in Azure.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Arm, and Bicep.
- Proficiency in scripting and development, particularly in C# and .NET.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Elasticsearch.
- Proficient in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience working with observability and logging tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-native applications and multi-cloud setups.
