Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the migration from Moogsoft AIOps to PagerDuty, ensuring seamless incident management, alerting, and production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from Moogsoft to PagerDuty.
- Integrate monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch with PagerDuty.
- Configure event orchestration, alert deduplication, suppression, and routing rules.
- Implement on-call schedules, escalation policies, and automated incident response workflows.
- Integrate Slack and Microsoft Teams for ChatOps and incident collaboration.
- Develop runbooks, documentation, and train engineering teams on PagerDuty best practices.
- Ensure continuous production monitoring throughout the migration.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with PagerDuty architecture, configuration, event routing, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Moogsoft AIOps, event ingestion, clustering, and Situation Room.
- Experience with Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for API integrations and automation.
- Strong knowledge of SRE practices, incident management, and alert optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with production monitoring migrations and ChatOps integrations
