What We’re Looking For
The TechOps team is searching for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and excited about technology. You’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving Splunk’s large-scale cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Test new features in SplunkCloud

Execute infrastructure and configuration changes in customer cloud environments

Lead incident resolution efforts for SplunkCloud
-
Develop and maintain automation tools
-
Write and update documentation for technical changes
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Experience in large-scale operations with Linux and cloud platforms, especially AWS
-
Past roles may include systems administrator, network engineer, or DevOps engineer
-
Passion for solving complex problems in distributed systems
-
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
-
Interested in scaling one-off tasks to thousands of systems
Basic Requirements
-
2–3 years of Linux experience
-
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or Go
-
Must obtain the SplunkCloud Architect Certification within 2 years
-
U.S. citizenship required to support FedRAMP High environment
Preferred Skills
-
Splunk administration
-
Familiarity with Puppet, Jenkins, Powershell

Experience with AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure
