At Royal Caribbean Group, we’re redefining how the world vacations. Behind every guest experience is a high-performing technology ecosystem—and we’re looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to help us scale, optimize, and innovate how we build and operate our platforms.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive SRE and DevOps strategy across AWS and Azure
- Lead the design and evolution of Kubernetes platforms (EKS/AKS)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement and scale Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Improve system reliability, observability, and overall performance
- Embed security and quality controls into the software delivery lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance release processes and developer experience
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- AWS and Azure
- Kubernetes and Helm
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- GitHub Actions / CI-CD pipelines
- Track record of improving deployment speed, uptime, or incident response
- Strong focus on automation, scalability, and reliability
Nice to have
- GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Security tools such as Snyk and SonarQube
- Work on platforms that support large-scale, customer-facing systems
