Position Summary
Are you passionate about creating products that users enjoy? As a Junior Site Reliability Engineer, your role will involve scaling systems by writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize infrastructure, maintaining Cloud environments, building tools for insights and metrics, and supporting the Horizon team.
Working within our Engineering Team, you’ll collaborate on exciting projects and creatively tackle coding challenges. Your eagerness to learn and problem-solving skills will be essential for delivering innovative solutions to our clients and their users. Key Responsibilities

Manage container orchestration platforms such as AKS, EKS, ECS, and Cloud Run

Create and maintain cloud database services like RDS and Azure Managed Instances

Develop Infrastructure as Code to support multiple environments

Support and troubleshoot containerized applications

Implement continuous delivery using tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes

Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and tuning

Work across all major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, and GCP
Technologies You’ll Use

Configuration management tools: Terraform, Ansible, Git

Cloud databases: Azure Managed Instances, RDS

Container and virtualization tech: Docker Enterprise, Kubernetes

Monitoring and alerting: statsd, ELK stack, PagerDuty, Slack chatops

Troubleshooting microservices and applications by analyzing logs and errors
What We’re Looking For
-
1-2 years experience in site reliability engineering or systems administration (experience length is flexible if skills match)

At least 1 year in infrastructure automation, configuration management, or container orchestration
-
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Bash, plus Git

Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
-
Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation for production support

Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks

Experience collaborating directly with clients
