About the Engineering Team
Our engineers build the systems and applications that deliver excellent service to members, healthcare providers, and ourselves. The team is full of passionate, skilled engineers who work closely with product teams, take ownership, and move quickly.
We use technologies like Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL. Product decisions and building go hand-in-hand here.
Tech Foundations Team
This team supports product teams by improving infrastructure, security, developer tools, and design consistency. In 2025, we plan to grow the team to boost quality and security, improve tools, and streamline developer processes.
Who We’re Looking For
We want experienced Site Reliability Engineers (3+ years) to help keep our systems reliable as we grow. Your work will include:

Leading complex projects with many engineers.

Designing dependable infrastructure with strong monitoring.

Managing uptime while optimizing costs.

Improving incident response and post-mortems.

Mentoring others and leading teams.

Helping with hiring and improving recruitment processes.
Ideal candidates will have experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS), monitoring tools, coding for automation, deployment practices, debugging complex systems, and enjoy teamwork and continuous learning. Fluency in English is required.
